Sausage Egg Breakfast Casserole - This sensational, simple, breakfast casserole recipe has an abundance of ssausage, two different kinds, and a colorful medley of vegetables. Oven baked in only 30 minutes, we also added some rich, creamy cheese to this so easy breakfast casserole recipe!

Ingredients to make Sausage Egg Breakfast Casserole
12 ounces mild bluk sausage
12 ounces hot bulk sausage
10 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 large onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 zucchini, chopped
16 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 cups cubed American Cheese
Directions to make Sausage Egg Breakfast Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage. Drain grease and set sausage aside to cool slightly.
In a large, deep baking dish, add sausage, eggs, sour cream, onion, peppers, zucchini, mushrooms and cheese; stir to mix.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
